Application Deadline

The deadline for the 2012 Social Innovation Awards is November 30th, 2011 at 5:00PM GMT (12:00PM EST).

How to apply:

Step 1: Request an application(s) by emailing innovation@justmeans.com (You are welcome to submit as many applications as you like within and across all categories.)
Step 2: Complete the application:
Part A: Answer the following nine questions in 1500 characters or less (including spaces) per question via application form:
  • 1.) What is the general description of your project/program?
  • 2.) What is the relation of program to your organization's values and business strategy?
  • 3.) How does the program work within your organization?
  • 4.) How do you measure the results and what are they?
  • 5.) What innovation has occurred (or will occur) as a result of the program?
  • 6.) What are the future goals and objectives of the program?
  • 7.) How do you report and communicate the results of the program and to whom?
  • 8.) How is stakeholder identification and engagement part of the program?
  • 9.) What is the impact of the program on society?

Part B: Make your payment of $495 via credit card along with the submission of your application.
Step 3: mail completed application to innovation@justmeans.com
